Dear Susie and Barbie,

I am writing in regards to my son G and his progress after completing the 1st portion of the Sensory Learning Program.  As you know, G is a 3 year old boy who has severe hyperactivity as well as autistic tendencies.  Currently, we are doing the gfcf diet, nystatin for yeast, chelation, vitamin supplements, and following the DANN protocol.  We are also doing ABA/verbal behavior.  He receives OT and speech in a preschool environment.  He is currently in day 10 of the home light therapy.

Areas that we have noticed improvement include:

1.  Improved focus

2.  More functional language, both expressively and receptively

3.  Improved sleep patterns---as you know, G never slept through the night prior to Sensory   Learning.  He has continued to sleep through the night since day 3 and is learning to put himself to sleep!!!

Additionally, we have seen improved social interaction and interest.  Day 2 he was putting glasses on family members and never had played interactively like that before!

G no longer is leaping or crashing off furniture.  He is using his trampoline and is more self directed.

He is more interactive with tv shows.  Recently, he was responding to questions while watching Dora and he had only seen the show one time before.

G recently started school and now I am able to walk him out to the bus vs. carrying him while is says “no go bye-bye”.

Overall, G appears happier and more comfortable in his own skin!

Sincerely,

D.M.
